Refund policy

Refunds:

All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Issues with Item:

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, please get in touch with us immediately via email. Customers have 2 days after their order is delivered to inspect their package and contact us regarding issues with their order. If we are not contacted within 2 days of receiving your order, we can no longer resolve the issue.
